Note: 
Only enrolled students are allowed to activate their WiFi account. (Activation is self-service)

INTERVENTION CLASSES FOR 1ST TERM SY 2018-2019

 

            THOSE WHO RECEIVED A GRADE OF 74.5 AND BELOW FOR THE FIRST TERM SY 2018-2019 ARE ADVISED TO COME ON DECEMBER 20, 2018 TO PROCESS THEIR ENROLMENT FOR INTERVENTION CLASSES.

 

PROCEDURES:

 

  1. GET YOUR SCHEDULE OF CLASSES AND PAYMENT SLIP FORM FROM THE SHS OFFICE.
  2. PAY THE INTERVENTION CLASS FEE (PHP 1,600 PER SUBJECT) AT THE TREASURER’S OFFICE (MAIN BUILDING/2ND FLOOR).
  3. KEEP YOUR RECEIPT OF PAYMENT AND SHOW IT TO YOUR INTERVENTION CLASS TEACHER ON THE FIRST DAY OF CLASSES.

 

            INTERVENTION CLASSES WILL BE HELD ON JANUARY 7, 8, 10, 11, & 12, 2019. PLEASE NOTE THAT THERE IS NO OTHER SCHEDULE OF INTERVENTION CLASSES.

Application For Graduation and The Thomasian Yearbook

As the Academic Year 2017-2018 approaches its last quarter, the University prepares for the culminating activities for students in their graduating year namely, the Baccalaureate Celebration and the Solemn Investitures.

In this connection, we are pleased to announce that the 2018 applications for graduation and the Thomasian yearbook may now be accomplished online through the myUSTe Student Portal. This system provides the students an access to their personal data base as well as their yearbook photo and details, which they can easily update through their personal UST online account.

Schedules for the Thomasian yearbook picture-taking with the official photography service provider, the DMD Photography, are also viewable through the above system.

The application will be open from 14 March 2018 until 30 April 2018.

We are kindly requesting your good office to disseminate this information to the concerned students to facilitate the processes relating to their graduation. Please enjoin them in accomplishing these forms through their myUSTe account.

Account Activation Guide

Overview/Instructions
The myUSTe portal is a system accessible via the Internet and is intended to include all the functionalities of K.I.O.S.K., the intranet facility for accessing student information. To use the myUSTe portal, a student must be officially enrolled, and he/she must activate his/her account on-line at http://myuste.ust.edu.ph/student.
In the account activation, he/she will be required to supply his/her Identification Number and Date of Birth. One must ensure that he/she has already chosen a new Password to replace the default password generated by the system.

Using one's IDENTIFICATION NUMBER
The student ID number is automatically generated by the system and is permanently assigned to the student upon confirmation of enrolment in the University. This is printed on the student's ID card and on the his/her copy of Registration Form using the format YYYY-999999 (e.g. 1991-050299). By simply dropping the hyphen (1991050299), the student number serves as his/her username in accessing the myUSTe portal. One's login account therefore, cannot be customized or changed.

Using one's Date of Birth to Activate the Account
The date of birth a student entered/declared in the Admission system when he/she initially applied to the University is used as his/her initial password in the myUSTe portal. A student must supply this exact date of birth in the activation page in the format MMDDYYYY (e.g. 04261975) [April 26, 1975].

Entering and Verifying the New Password
The new password a student will supply should be easy to remember but difficult for others to guess since it will be used to access his/her information. The new password should be 8 to 12 characters long and preferably composed of numbers and letters. The system supports case sensitivity so it is also recommended that one enters his/her password in mixed cases (e.g. Cr8tivM3).
If a student forgot his/her password, simply click the "Forgot your password?" link and supply the information required. The new password will be emailed to him/her. A student may change his/her password again once he/she has logged on to the system.
