INTRODUCTION

Welcome to MyUSTe Junior High School (JHS) Student Portal!

The MyUSTe JHS Student Portal is a web-based student information system developed to provide the UST Junior High School students a web portal to access their student information record, complete listing of classes and schedules, viewing of quarterly grades, breakdown of tuition fees and other charges and access to other school-related information on a school year. The system also provides ancillary tools to provide online evaluation to their JHS Faculty Members and other teaching staff.

ONLINE ENROLMENT PROCEDURE FOR INCOMING GRADE 8/9/10 STUDENTS FOR SY 2020-2021

UST Junior High School Online Enrolment Schedule:
Incoming Grade 8: July 1, 2020 (Wednesday)
Incoming Grade 9: July 2, 2020 (Thursday)
Incoming Grade 10: July 3, 2020 (Friday)

Dear Young Thomasians:

Greetings in the name of Blessed Mannes de Guzman!

In view of the quarantine regulations set by the national and local governments brought about by the COVID-19 pandemic, we wish to inform you that our academic unit will be having a full online enrolment this SY 2020-2021. As one, we all aim for the safety and health of our stakeholders. Below are the important guidelines to finalize the enrolment procedures for incoming Grade 8/9/10 students:

  1. Select SY 2020-2021 as your School Year (SY) Reference and use your Student Number (e.g., 2020123456 in 10 digits) and Password to login.
  2. Fill-out the Personal Data Sheet (PDS) Information.
  3. Please download, read, and understand Office for Student Affair’s (OSA) Enrolment Conforme.
  4. Read and follow the procedures for Enrolment Mode of Payment:
    1. Kindly accomplish the Learners Enrolment and Survey Forms (LESF) (thru Google Forms).
    2. View your Advised Subjects for the school year.
    3. View the Table of Fees for your enrolment.
    4. Choose the Mode of Payment for your enrolment.
  5. Read and follow the procedures for Enrolment Payment:
    1. Please proceed to pay your tuition fee from your chosen Mode of Payment.
    2. You can pay thru Metrobank or BPI (using online and over-the-counter payments). For those parents working in UST/UST Hospital, kindly check the payment instructions for c/o Salary option. For student-athletes, kindly check for Scholarship option.
  6. Kindly send the digital copy of the validated payment slip and the following details: (1) Name of Payee; (2) Student Number; and (3) Amount Paid through the provided emails (please check inside).
  7. Fees for LAA Project (insurance and e-books) and fees for the printed books for Non-LAA Sections will be provided. A separate instruction will be communicated through email with regards to payment of tablet insurance, e-books, and printed books.

ONLINE ENROLMENT PROCEDURE FOR INCOMING GRADE 7 STUDENTS FOR SY 2020-2021 (JUNE 15-19, 2020)

Greetings in the name of St. Thomas of Aquinas!

In view of the quarantine regulations set by the national and local governments brought about by the COVID-19 pandemic, we wish to inform you that we will be having a full online Grade 7 enrollment for SY 2020-2021. As one, we all aim for the safety and health of our stakeholders. Below are important guidelines to finalize the enrolment procedures of incoming qualified and wait-listed Grade 7 applicants:

  1. Select SY 2020-2021 as your School Year (SY) Reference and Use your Applicant Number (e.g., 2020123456 in 10 digits) and Birthdate (MMDDYYYY) to login. Kindly secure (copy) the Student Number and Password credentials which will be used in many school-related transactions.
  2. As your first login to the JHS Student Portal, please complete the Initial Login Setup. The setup will change the default password of the student's account and set a Security Question for reset password purposes of the account.
  3. Fill-out the Personal Data Sheet (PDS) Information.
  4. Please download, read, and understand Office for Student Affair’s (OSA) Enrolment Conforme.
  5. Click the links: Online Enrolment for Incoming Grade 7 Students (thru Google Forms) and Learners Enrolment and Survey Forms (LESF) (thru Google Forms) to finalize the enrolment procedures.

USING SCHOOL YEAR (SY) REFERENCE

  • Use current SY if:
    • You are a new student who will enroll for the current SY.
    • You are an enrolled student for the current SY.
  • Use previous SY if you are not yet enrolled for the current SY but needs to access the student portal for the previous SY.


HOW TO LOGIN

NOTE   We strongly recommend to access the student portal on the latest version of any of the following internet browsers: Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, Microsoft Edge and Safari.

  • For old students, please use your Student Number as your login ID.
  • For new students who don't know their Student Number yet, please use your Applicant Number instead.
  • In case you forgot your answer to your security question, please contact the Principal's Office for assistance.
