Welcome to MyUSTe Student Portal for JHS & EHS Students!

The MyUSTe Student Portal is a student information system that provides the Junior High School (JHS) & Education High School (EHS) students access to their student records, classes/schedules, viewing of grades, fees and to other school-related information.

BALANCE PAYMENT IS NOW LIVE

Students with INSTALLMENT payment terms for their tuition fee can now pay their current balance by accessing the new Balance Payment module. You can find it under the Fees menu.


ID QR CODE IS NOW AVAILABLE

Students who have not yet acquired their official UST ID can now use their ID QR code as an alternative for identification purposes within the University premises. Check it under Profile > Student Profile menu.


AY 2022-2023 UST ID APPLICATION FOR NEW STUDENTS

The new students of JHS/EHS AY 2022-2023 may now submit their ID requirements in the student portal to process their official UST ID. Check it under Profile > UST ID Application menu.


CHECK YOUR COHORT SCHEDULE

Be reminded that only students participating on face-to-face (F2F) classes with cohort schedules are to be allowed entry to the school building. You can check your Cohort Schedule under the Classes menu.

Visit ThOMedSS and go to COVID-19 Case Tracker > Safety Measures & Sanitation to check with other COVID-19 protocols implemented by the University.

  1. How to login:
    1. For incoming Grade 7: Select JHS/EHS: Current AY, click Applicant Number and enter your Applicant Number (in 10 digits, ex. 2022012345) and Birthdate (MMDDYYYY) as your password to login.

      NOTE If you know your Student Number already, select JHS/EHS: Current AY, click Student Number instead and enter your Student Number and Birthdate as your password to login.

    2. For incoming Grade 8-10: Select JHS/EHS: Current AY, click Student Number and enter your Student Number and Password to login. After login, you may be directed to Step 5 already since you may have accomplished Step 2-4 from the previous academic year.
  2. If this is your first login to the student portal, you will need to accomplish the Initial Login Setup. Take note of your Student Number as you will use this from now on to login to the student portal.
  3. Fill-out your Personal Data Sheet (PDS) to complete and update your student information.
  4. Read and agree to the terms and conditions of the Enrollment Conforme by the Office for Student Affairs (OSA).
  5. Read and follow the Enrollment Procedure.

JHS MID-QUARTER REPORT IS NOW ONLINE

Starting 3rd Quarter of AY 2021-2022, the Mid-Quarter Report (MQR) will now be accessible here and also on the Parent Portal. You can access your MQR on Grades menu in the student portal.

As we embark on this new normal in education, the students and parents may now have virtual access on school policies, programs, and processes through the UST Junior High School eHandbook. The students may download it in the student portal.

USING ACADEMIC YEAR (AY) REFERENCE

  • Use Current AY if:
    • You are an enrolled student for the current academic year.
    • You are a new student who will enroll for the current academic year.
  • Use Previous AY to access the student portal for the previous academic year.

HOW TO LOGIN

We strongly recommend to access the student portal on the latest version of any of the following internet browsers: Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, Microsoft Edge and Safari.

  • Use your Student Number to login.
  • For new students who don't know their Student Number yet, Use your Applicant Number instead.
  • In case you forgot your answer to your security question, contact the Principal's Office for assistance.
