You can now enjoy the convenience of applying for the University of Santo Tomas Entrance Test (USTET) online. Please read carefully the General Guidelines before accomplishing the Application and Grades Form.

General Guidelines

  1. Please take note of the USTET schedules and their corresponding deadlines for the payment of the non-refundable application fee at any Metrobank branch and submission of documents.
  2. Payment for the USTET will only be accepted at Metrobank branches. Metrobank payment for online application applies only to Filipino applicants studying in Philippine Schools. Application fees of applicants for Senior High School/College belonging to the TOP 5 of their batch (based on their Grade 9 academic standing for Senior High School applicants or Grade 11 academic standing for College applicants) may be waived upon personally submitting the certification from the high school principal indicating their academic standing. This applies only to candidates coming from the public schools in the Philippines.
  3. Submitted documents become property of the UST Office for Admissions (OFAD).
  4. The following are grounds for forfeiture of the enrolment slot or for debarment in the succeeding term if discovered in the current term:
    4.1. Misrepresentation of information entered in the Application and Grades Form/Information Survey
    4.2 Misrepresentation during the examinations
    4.3 Any violation of the instructions given.
  5. Please make sure that the Activity Log in your Applicant Admission Account indicates that UST OFAD has received your documents.

       6.  USTET Results will be released online on January 28, 2017 at  myuste.ust.edu.ph:8888/admission/results.jsp

Instructions for UST Junior High School Applicants

  1. Only applicants who are currently enrolled in Grade 6 may apply.
  2. The following applicants must secure clearance from the UST Junior High School Principal's Office before paying the application fee:
    2.1. Applicants from foreign schools
    2.2. Applicants who are graduates of previous school years
  3. Applicants must apply online. Please scroll down and click "Register" to begin your online application.
  4. Fill out the online Application Form and the Information Survey and press Submit. Should you wish to edit your data, you may do so by clicking “Back”. Once data is successfully submitted, you can no longer edit them.
  5. Download and print the accomplished Application Form and Information Survey.
  6. With your reference number, proceed to any Metrobank branch and fill out the payment slip with the following information and pay the non-refundable application fee in cash over the counter: (Present to Metrobank the Application and Grades Form with reference number for verification purposes)

          8.2. Certified true copies of report card for Grade 5 and the latest grading period for Grade 6
          8.3. One (1) 2” x 2” recent picture with white background, name and signature at the back
          8.4. Clear photocopy of:
                          - NSO Birth certificate or passport
                          - Baptismal Certificate (for Catholic applicants only)
                          - Metrobank payment slip (do not send the original copy)

    Submit the documents to:

  1. Applicant must personally come and fill out the application form.
  2. Submit all the required documents to the Admission Clerk on the following dates:

  1. If the requirements submitted by the applicant meet the standard of the Education High School (EHS), applicant will be recommended for the UST Entrance Test – Junior High School (USTET-JHS).
  2. If the applicant passes the USTET – JHS, he/she will be advised to report for interview.
  3. Applicant must pass the interview to qualify for admission and enrolment at the EHS.
  4. The list of qualified applicants for enrolment and waiting list will be posted at the ground floor of the Albertus Magnus Building. Those who are in the wait list must personally see the Principal for proper advice.

        REQUIREMENTS for 7TH GRADE (SY 2017-2018):

        Applicants for 7th Grade must bring the following:

       NOTE:

  1. Applicant should not have siblings currently enrolled in Education High School.
  2. Applicants who already applied at the UST-Junior High School can no longer apply at the Education High School.

Instructions for Senior High School Applicants

  1. Only applicants who are currently enrolled in Grade 10 may apply.
  2. The following applicants must secure clearance from the UST Office of the Registrar before paying the application fee:
    2.1. For out-of-school youth passers of the Philippine Educational Placement Test (PEPT) - present the certificate of passing
    2.2. Applicants from foreign schools - present Form 137 (Transcript of Records)
    2.3. Foreigners graduating from local schools - present passport and Alien Certificate of Registration
  3. Applicants must apply online. Please scroll down and click "Register" to begin your online application.
  4. Fill out the online Application and Grades Form and the Information Survey and press Submit. Should you wish to edit your data, you may do so by clicking “Back”. Once data is successfully submitted, you can no longer edit them.

          a. Accomplished Application and Grades Form together with the Information Survey
          b. One (1) 2” x 2” recent picture with white background, name and signature at the back
          c. Clear photocopy of:
                          - NSO Birth certificate
                          - Baptismal Certificate (for Catholic applicants only)

                          - TOEFL or IELTS results for applicants coming from Non-English speaking countries
